Rates
Intake– $125 initial session, 60 to 90 minutes
Individual– $100 1hr session, $75 45min session
Family– $100 1hr session
Insurance
The following plans are accepted for Florida residents:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Humana
- UnitedHealthcare
It is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Private pay rates apply for all Colorado residents.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
